Thanks to London Welsh Ladies for training with us ahead of our first League Game this weekend. It was great to run through some of our game plans and strategies, and to get some practice in on how we execute our plans off the set pieces - the scrums and lineouts were a good challenge.

The league game against High Wycombe Belles kicks off at 2.30pm on Sunday at Barn Elms Sports Trust fields.
