With the players in full pre-season training, and our first Men’s 1st XV home league game against Canterbury just over 6 weeks away, there is much to do to ensure we are ready for that 3pm kick off on 6th September.

Like many of our sponsors, it came from an introduction from a Barnes Minis Dad, and after some slick passing to Niall Wilson and then me the try was scored and we can celebrate a new dawn of sponsorship with Brooks Macdonald, a company with a track record of supporting community clubs like Barnes RFC.

Barnes Rugby Club
Barnes Rugby Club is an established rugby club in the SW London Community, with high performing adult teams for Men and Women, and over 750 Minis and Juniors players. The club, which dates back to the Barnes club at Barn Elms in 1862, which Ebenezer Cobb Morley set up, prides itself for not only playing rugby on the pitch, but also for its work in the community and with charities.
