Last week our 1st XV squad travelled to Blackheath and took on both their 1st and 2nd XV's in glorious sunshine.

With so many new faces in the squad it was brilliant to have this encounter before the league season kicks off in September, a huge thanks goes to the Blackheath Director of Rugby, James Shanahan, for arranging this fixture with his counterpart at Barnes, Jack Heald.

On Thursday 22nd the Men's 2nd XV take on Wimbledon with a 7:15pm kick off at Wimbledon Rugby Club, and on Friday 23rd the 1st XV take on Rosslyn Park, again at their ground to complete our pre-season games. I am advised that bars are open at both venues!

Our first Men's league game in National League 2 East is at Barn Elms against newcomers Oxford Harlequins on September 7th with a 3pm kick off.
