· That you are a member of Barnes RFC (You can join as a social Member for as little as £75 on www.barnesrfc.org
· The tickets are for your own use and they will not be resold or passed on to ticket agencies or touts
· If you can not use the tickets please return them to Barnes RFC, as other members can use them
· Tickets are supplied at face value plus £10 added to each ticket as a contribution to BRFC.
· Until your tickets are supplied to BRFC we are unable to advise where the seat is or in which stand
· The most likely price for your ticket will be £80 plus £10 = £90 so that is how much you pay now to secure your ticket
· You may be allocated more or less expensive tickets and you will be asked to make up the difference or we will refund you any monies overpaid.
· Due to tickets being mislaid / stolen / lost in the post they will be sent to your nominated address by GPO special delivery at an additional cost of £6
· Tickets will be posted during the first week in November 2012
