June's Touchline is now online, and tells of the imminent integration of the Rugby Football Union for Women with the Rugby Union at the start of July.

The women’s game features with the second consecutive IRB Challenge IRB Challenge Cup victory for the England Women’s 7s team and the European Cup title to add to the England Women’s Grand Slam

An RFU in-depth review and consultation is well underway looking at the adult competition and the league structure, which has been in place for quarter of a century. And at the other end of the game there’s more flexibility in age grade rugby with regulation changes for the new season

While England players have been coaching youngsters in South Africa, England Counties have also been involved in an extensive outreach programme in Uganda and Kenya in partnership with the Tag Rugby Trust

Then there’s the incredible achievement of the Skipton RFC flanker who ran 50 miles each day for 50 days thanks to an abnormally high lactic acid threshold, raising £20,000 for Help for Heroes. And Southwell Rugby Club makes history too with a first in Three Counties rugby

With specific news and updates for: Clubs; Referees & Coaches; Schools, Colleges & Universities, the current Touchline has everything to keep you in touch with what’s going on.
