European Professional Club Rugby (EPCR), the organisers of the European Rugby Champions and Challenge Cups, have given us a 2-4-1 offer for rugby clubs for the European Rugby Champions Cup Final to be held at Twickenham Stadium on Saturday 2nd May, kick off 5pm.

Please find attached an application form that we would ask you to complete and return to us if you wish to take up the offer.

The form must be completed by your club ticket secretary and must not be passed on to your members. On this occasion we will accept personal payment for the tickets due to the short timescales involved.

The closing date for applications is 5pm on Tuesday 28th April.
