Barnes Ladies Inner Warrior Session

3 weeks ago By Ashley Brandon

Come on down and give it a go.

Barnes Ladies will be hosting an Inner Warrior session on the evening of Tuesday, 16th January, from 7:15pm onwards.

The session is ideal for anyone who:

  • is looking for an alternative way to get fit
  • has never played before but would like to give rugby a try
  • hasn’t played for a while but would like to get back into rugby
  • is an experienced player and just looking for a new club to play for.

Rugby provides a great opportunity to meet new people and make friends while getting fit - we cater to all levels of ability and everyone is welcome!

You can find info about the session via our Facebook event:

Or if you have any further questions about this session please e-mail us at

We hope to see you there!

Where next?

Barnes continued their successful start to the year beating Dorking last week and face Southend this Saturday at Barn Elms on one of our biggest days at Barnes - The Annual Vets Lunch The battle is heating up at the top of the league, Guernsey are at the top, Tring 2nd and Barnes 3rd, just one point behind! It's all to play for!
Captain Collo is looking forward to Christmas! After a tough and uncompromising season so far our aching and bruised bodies are looking forward to lashings of turkey and mince pies!
